Do you ship within NZ?

TUESDAY offers free shipping on New Zealand orders over $100.

For orders below $100, TUESDAY offers standard delivery (excludes rural) of $5.00 and rural delivery of $10.00. Delivery estimate is 1-3 working days. 

Please note rural deliveries can take 3-5 working days.

Do you ship Internationally?

International orders will incur a shipping fee of $10.00 with a delivery estimate of 5 working days. 

Please note TUESDAY does not take responsibility for any customs clearance fees/taxes and procedures outside of New Zealand, which may cause additional costs and delays.

In store pick up ?

TUESDAY offers pick up for Auckland based customers. The pick up option is available to choose at checkout and is free of charge. 

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready for pick up.

Please note pick up hours are between 9 am - 5 pm on WEEKDAYS. Pick up is not available on Saturday's or Sunday's. 

Pick up is from our Takapuna showroom which is located at:

56 Barry's Point Road, Takapuna, Northshore.

What are your exchange / refund options?

We offer exchange, credit or refund on all items that are purchased at full price.

Unlike others, Tuesday Label doesn’t have minimum order quantities to meet. We can make exactly what our stockists have pre-ordered – whether it’s 5 pieces or 50 pieces. There’s no big mass-production number to hit which not only means a Tuesday Label garment is wonderfully special, but very importantly also means there’s no excess, there’s no wastage
