TUESDAY offers free shipping New Zealand wide with a delivery estimate of 1-3 working days. 
Please note rural deliveries can take 2-4 working days.

Delivery may take slightly longer if your order is placed over a weekend or public holiday period.

International orders will incur a shipping fee of $30 with a delivery estimate of 5-10 working days. 

Please note TUESDAY does not take responsibility for any customs clearance fees/taxes and procedures outside of New Zealand, which may cause additional costs and delays.

Please note all orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

TUESDAY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. 

Returns & Exchanges

FULL PRICE ITEMS:

We offer exchange, credit or refund on full price items.

Please email us at orders@tuesdaylabel.com within 7 days of delivery receipt with your order number and further details. 

Items must be returned in their original, clean condition with tags on, and must be unworn, unwashed and unperfumed. TUESDAY reserves the right to reject any items not returned in their original state or not returned within 14 days of customer receipt.

Please note that any return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, and TUESDAY does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us. A tracked courier service MUST be used as standard NZ Post does not deliver to our address.

SALE ITEMS:

We offer exchange or credit on sale items listed at 50% off.

Please email us at orders@tuesdaylabel.com within 7 days of delivery receipt with your order number and further details.
