    Do you ship within NZ?

    TUESDAY offers free shipping on New Zealand orders over $150.

    For orders below $150, TUESDAY offers standard delivery (excludes rural) of $10.00 and rural delivery of $15.00. Delivery estimate is 1-3 working days. 

    Please note rural deliveries can take 3-5 working days.

    Do you ship Internationally?

    Yes! International orders will incur a shipping fee of $30.00 with a delivery estimate of 5 working days. 

    Please note TUESDAY does not take responsibility for any customs clearance fees/taxes and procedures outside of New Zealand, which may cause additional costs and delays.

    In store pick up?

    TUESDAY offers pick up for Auckland based customers. The pick up option is available to choose at checkout and is free of charge. 

    Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready for pick up. We will notify you when it is ready for collection.

    Please note pick up hours are between 10am - 5pm, MON-SUN.

    Pick up is from our flagship store which is located at:

    What are your exchange / refund options?

    We offer exchange, credit or refund on all clothing items that are purchased at full price. All jewellery and accessories sales are FINAL we do not offer exchange, credit or refunds on these items.
