PSALM STUDIO jewellery is crafted from superior quality metals and semi-precious stones and is meant to be treasured, worn every day and become pieces you enjoy season after season.

Avoid wearing your jewellery while showering, swimming and exercising. Try to prevent your jewellery from being exposed to chemicals from lotions, perfumes, oil blends, spritz and hairspray. Plated jewellery pieces and components should be stored in an air-tight container or a plastic bag with a zip top closure.

To ensure longevity, we recommend:
Treat with care and avoid exposing your jewellery to knocks and scratches.

Remove your jewellery before bed, showering and washing your hands. Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfume, hair products and cosmetics. Store your pieces separately to avoid scratching.

PLEASE NOTE

TUESDAY offers free shipping on New Zealand orders over $150.

For orders below $150, TUESDAY offers standard delivery (excludes rural addresses) of $10.00 and rural delivery of $15.00. Delivery estimate is 1-3 working days. 

Please note rural deliveries can take 2-4 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box, we can only ship to a physical address. 

Delivery may take slightly longer if your order is placed over a weekend or public holiday period.

International orders will incur a shipping fee of $30 with a delivery estimate of 5-10 working days. 

Please note TUESDAY does not take responsibility for any customs clearance fees/taxes and procedures outside of New Zealand, which may cause additional costs and delays.

Please note all orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

TUESDAY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.

We offer exchange, credit or refund on full price items.

Please email us at orders@tuesdaylabel.com to let us know you will be returning your order.

Items must be returned in their original, clean condition with tags on, and must be unworn, unwashed and un-perfumed. TUESDAY reserves the right to reject any items not returned in their original state or not returned within 7 days of customer receipt.

Please note that any return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, and TUESDAY does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us. A tracked courier service MUST be used as standard NZ Post does not deliver to our address.

JEWELLERY: 

All jewellery sales are FINAL we do not offer exchange, credit or refunds on these items.

SALE ITEMS:

We offer exchange or credit on sale items listed/discounted at up to 50% off.

Do you ship within NZ?

TUESDAY offers free shipping on New Zealand orders over $100.

For orders below $100, TUESDAY offers standard delivery (excludes rural) of $5.00 and rural delivery of $10.00. Delivery estimate is 1-3 working days.

Do you ship Internationally?

International orders will incur a shipping fee of $10.00 with a delivery estimate of 5 working days.

In store pick up ?

TUESDAY offers pick up for Auckland based customers. The pick up option is available to choose at checkout and is free of charge. 

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready for pick up.

Please note pick up hours are between 9 am - 5 pm on WEEKDAYS. Pick up is not available on Saturday's or Sunday's. 

Pick up is from our Takapuna showroom which is located at:

56 Barry's Point Road, Takapuna, Northshore.
